The team at garlandpr compiled a very targeted media list comprising specialist titles on an international scale. Jonathan is an acclaimed speaker at conferences across the world, and the media were targeted accordingly to maximise these appearances.
Work to date has included targeting media with the book launch release, promoting his participation at a conference in Sweden and placing articles directly linked to the book in specialist trade and online media.
garlandpr’s remit also includes managing all aspects of the company’s and CEO’s social media presence: Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Work is underway on boosting the number of followers of the account and ensuring the company is engaged with target businesses and niche media. A schedule of tweets directly related to the book has been produced and recent analysis of the data has shown that the social media engagement is resulting in an increase in book sales, compared to previous titles during the same period.
