Our pro bono client Veterans with Dogs received a fantastic response to its recent national TV coverage. The charity recorded a 74% increase in traffic to its website and has raised a significant amount from online donations.
The publicity has also seen a deluge of requests from volunteers, trainers and applications for help from the charity as well as suggestions of other sources of funding. Thanks again to everyone who took part in the filming and helped us connect with new audiences.

Dobbies designed, built and planted two urban ‘parklets’ to create peaceful, colourful, scent-filled oases in the heart of Scotland’s capital city. One is themed to reflect George Street’s high fashion offering ‘Colours’ and the other to emphasise its outstanding food and drink ‘Cocktails’. It’s an exciting experiment to show what can be done in a busy city centre street, and fits in with Edinburgh’s ongoing trial to look at various ways in which George Street can be an even more attractive and enticing place for residents and visitors to the city. Working closely with Edinburgh City Council and Essential Edinburgh garlandpr, on behalf of Dobbies, secured extensive coverage of the initiative including the front page of the Edinburgh Evening News, the Scotsman and STV.
